and at last,I figured out how to make the animtaion with photoshop CS(thx for the author from the vid),he done it with :
Adobe Photoshop CS3 (Frames)
Adobe AfterEffects CS3 (Animation/Timing/Effects)

haha!so my problem to "how the make animation with Photoshop CS" is solved! yayaya!
